D.delicatum – D.kingianum (Cream 69 x self) 'SB1' x D.speciosum var. grandiflorum (Mt.Larcom Compact x self) 'Rhodry'
Looking for compact growing yellow delicatum. Both are high quality plants. Gene enquiry also
D. [(Zip x Peter Hewitt) x Gillian Leaney] 'BG' x Victorian Blush 'Royal Show Winner'
Both parents have great shape here. Mum is well filled in with a large vivid purple lip. Dad is a mericlone of quality. Expecting filled in kingie style blooms of white with splash and a vivid lip.
D. (Gillean Leaney x Star) 'Long Time White' x (Dot Sheen x Gillean Leaney)
This will give early white, quality delicatum style. Both parents are large whites that seem to last for ages. Parents are vigorous, floriferous and 10 blooms per spike.
D.Red River 'Very Pretty' x Zip 'JMcM.#2'
Mum is a concolor lolly pink with a waxy texture. Dad will improve and darken lip and give a bit of outline. I’m expecting some very good blooms here.
D.Victorian Stripe 'EJ1' x Tyabb 'Painted'
Kingianum based whites with purple stripes and lip. Vigorous growers. Should make a great specimen in a saucer.
D.Pinterry 'Ideal' x (Kay's Choice x Intice) 'EJ2'
Blooms of white with a good outline of purple and a purple lip.
D.[Class x (Yondi x Rutherford Blushing Bride)] x (Red River x speciosum var. pedunculatum)
These’ll look great on the coffee table, quality pot plants. Mum has long lasting blooms of strong pink with a white centre and a purple lip. Dad has spires of yellow blooms and pink lip. Compact growth habit on both parents. 3% bigibbum lurking in here.
D.Hilda Poxon x Catherine Hill
Tetragonum style – early blooms of yellow with some markings. Mum has good lasting properties and both have a lovely fragrance.
D.Rutherford Blushing Bride x speciosum var.speciosum (Amy x Windermere) 'Jessie'
I've flowered some very good seedlings from this hybrid (different dad). I've used a proven Mum and Dad is our varietal winner previously mentioned. Will produce good sprays of large cream blooms with purple markings and purple lips.
D.Rutherford Blushing Bride x speciosum var. pedunculatum 'X'
Same cross as CB22, same Mum,different Dad (I wanted a couple of shots - they were good seedling blooms). The pedunculatum will give upright spikes and have the blooms out of the foliage. Great for the coffee table.
D.(Cobber 'L&L' x Victorian Bride 'SVL') 'Photo' x speciosum var. pedunculatum (Herberton x Atherton)
Compact plants with upright spikes. Creams with varying degrees of purple markings and lips.
D.speciosum (Deserthead x Windermere) x Avril’s Gold '#X 1'
Looking to improve vigour.Avril’s Gold doesn’t leave much to improve upon.
D.[Class x (Yondi x Rutherford Blushing Bride)] x speciosum var. grandiflorum (Mt.Larcom Compact x self) 'Rhodry'
These will be compact little beauties. Mum is vigorous and compact with bright pink blooms, white centre and vivid purple lip. Dad is compact with excellent flower habit in gold.
D.Hilda Poxon x speciosum var.pedunculatum (Herberton x Atherton).
Going for chunky yellow blooms, well above the foliage on upright spikes. Who isn't.
